Our History

We began life in mid 2006 as ozBeanz, aiming to deliver big IT skills to small businesses on the Gold Coast. Our big dreams started off small with a single client in Brisbane, Australia, beginning in the areas of Desktop Support and Systems Administration. 

In 2008, we designed and built our very first 'Cloud' solution, MYOB Hosted, which is still an integral part of our business today. We had originally developed MYOB accounting software for accountants and bookkeepers, but adapted this service to provide online remote access to small businesses for customers all over Australia.

2014 was filled with new opportunities for our business; in Singapore, we won a contract to build a Cloud solution for one of Asia's largest corporations, SingTel. Back home in Australia, we signed an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft. Three years later, we became one of Australia's first Direct Tier-1 Cloud Solution Providers (CSP) with Microsoft in order for us to better deliver Cloud infrastructure to our growing SME customer base.

2017 also brought an expansion into Southeast Asia with the establishment of ozBeanz (Singapore) Pte Ltd and ozBeanz (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Both entities achieved Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider status where we were able to deliver Cloud platform resources, technical support and application management services internationally. 

In 2024, a change of name brought about a fresh start with the birth of 3ICT. We carry the same innovation and customer-centric approach in data solutions and cloud services, and the same commitment and dedication to finding big solutions for small businesses all over the world. 

Today, we deliver data solutions for small and medium enterprise customers in 14 countries around the world, all thanks to our loyal and passionate team. We also provide desktop support, Cloud asset management, and customised data infrastructure to meet the needs of our valued customers.
